[csw-maintainers] svn error with gar.svn.sourceforge.net

Hi,

It's been a while since I've done anything with OpenCSW packages.

I've been receiving reminder emails asking me to upgrade the libconfuse
package from 2.6 to 2.7 (the latest upstream)

So I tried to log in, but SVN won't connect to gar.svn.sourceforge.net -
is there any known issue?
