[csw-maintainers] potentially useful script in gar

Hi All,

I just added find_unpackaged to gar's bin/ directory.  If you point it
as your build-global directory after prototypes have been built, it
will give you a list of files not included in any of the package
prototypes.

It's a quick hack at this point, but it might be something worth
integrating directly into the GAR run later...
