[csw-maintainers] mgar makepatch for more than one patch

Ok, I'll need to change the makepatch target to look for differences
between git describe HEAD and git descibe csw-$(GARVERSION) before
doing it's thing then.  Should be easy enough.  I'll work on this over
the weekend.
