[csw-maintainers] Strange issue with UNCOMMITTED

Hi,

I've run into one (for me) strange issue:

What I do:

$ mgar commit -f -m "Correct dependencies and reinplacements."
$ mgar build install merge package
...

But still get:
CSWpdns:
If any of the reported errors were false positives, you can override them
pasting the lines below to the GAR recipe.
CHECKPKG_OVERRIDES_CSWpdns += pkginfo-opencsw-repository-uncommitted
Please note that checkpkg isn't suggesting you should simply add these
overrides

How can this be avoided/solved?
