Well, as it turned out, it's not exactly graceful. But after some playing
arround, it appears running a /opt/csw/sbin/ctl_cyrdb -r -x prior upgrading to
2.4 smoothes things.  Without it, ctl_cyrdb might dump a core upon the first
start of 2.4 and the installation is hosed.
