[csw-maintainers] TCL package(s)

As I'm working to the migration of the gdb recipe from a private to a GAR
based one, I fell for the old issue of the "private" headers that should
be provided by the tcl package. Exploring the state of the current
packages I discovered that there was work on a "garification": there is a
tcl84 and a tcl85 (why 2 of them I cannot understand) but there was no
release of the resulting packages. Dag and/or Roger, can you give us a
status?
