[csw-maintainers] please review gdb's recipe; catalog and ISA issues

I have 2 issues with the newly released gdb package:

1. only the Solaris 9 catalog was updated, as it can be observed:

2. this being my first GAR multiple ISA package I am a little bit lost:

    For example, in the i386 package, there are binaries in /opt/csw/bin
    and in /opt/csw/bin/amd64. However, they are "regular" binaries, i.e.,
    without a mechanism to select the corresponding ISA when executed.


Please review the recipe as there are possible issues which explain the
above.
