[csw-maintainers] pine vs alpine

Hi All,

I'm cleaning up the web db as part of fixing the stub dependency issue
Dago found.

I've detected a path conflict between pine and alpine.  As alpine
supercedes pine, I think we should just remove pine...maybe with a
pine_stub to transition people.

Any objections?
