Dependency issues in the dublin release. I tried to avoid pushing new
openssl packages to dublin, but if e.g. apache got built with openssl
1.0, I had to push it. The typical problem is that when I'm filtering
e.g. software foo that depends on a newly split libbar1, and I don't
know that I have to push libbar1 as well, we end up with a broken
dependency, which does not get detected in any way other than "no
update on the website".

Yet another call to programmers: Would anyone care for writing a check
that would be run against our catalog and report any found problems to
e.g. the devel@ mailing list? For example, something that builds on
Carsten's missing libraries heuristics script:
https://gar.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gar/csw/mgar/gar/v2/lib/python/find_missing_bins.py
Arming this script with pluggable checks and email output would get
the job done.
