[csw-maintainers] MySQL max_allowed_packet on the buildfarm

Was anyone tweaking max_allowed_packet in /opt/csw/mysql5/my.cnf?

I found an old vim process holding the file, and the setting too
little for our buildfarm setup; I wasn't able to make a database
backup with the currently running setting.

So I killed the vim session, adjusted max_allowed_packet and restarted MySQL.
