Dear maintainers,

Our OSQA-powered site, http://www.opencsw.org/community/ is getting spammed
and is not getting any user input. OSQA itself doesn't have good facilities
for fighting spam. For example, to get rid of harmful links from spam
profiles, we need to run SQL queries by hand (thanks go to Dago for doing
it recently).

People / users are not registering there and not asking questions via OSQA.
We have roughly these choices:

1. Close /community/ and copy existing content into a static page (on
wordpress) or wiki, or some other place (the manual?). Create a HTTP
redirect from /community/.*
2. Try harder: Upgrade OSQA to the newest version (trunk from upstream svn)
and start promoting the site so maybe people will start registering.
3. (credit goes to Trygve) Use the "opencsw" tag in serverfault.com. Try to
create a link to a form with the tag prefilled. Then subscribe to
unanswered questions with the tag. An example:
http://serverfault.com/unanswered/tagged/solaris - also via RSS:
http://serverfault.com/feeds/tag/solaris

Thoughts?

Maciej
