[csw-maintainers] Checkpkg database update and new checkpkg tests

As a temporary measure, I have disabled the full stats data structure dump
on the SVR4 package detail page.

It used to be very helpful to look at it that way because you could see
everything about the package, but the page got so slow that it wasn't
practical to use it any more.
