[csw-maintainers] Discovering 32/64 differences in shared files (pre-merge)

During the merge phase, GAR rewrites paths so that the binary files are
nicely sorted to subdirectories, and it takes platform-independent files
from the first modulation, under the assumption that they're the same for
all platforms.

But sometimes they really aren't.

Do we have a tool which inspects the DESTDIR directories for 32/64-bit
modulations and verifies that the files are in fact the same?

If not, would anyone be up for writing such a tool? It would be really
useful for us, for the whole project.
