OpenBSD ports provide a patch for said file on sparc64. Simply removing
!CPU(SPARC64) won't do the trick due to the fact of 

 sizeof(_Atomic_word) != sizeof(int)

Anyhow. I don't want to bother you anymore, since it's not important at the moment.
