Now even though I declared CSWxpdfutils as conflicting with CSWpoppler:

INCOMPATIBLE_PKGS_CSWxpdfutils = CSWpoppler

I get complaints from checkpkg:

Is this correct and that's what I'm supposed to do? I though setting INCOMPATIBLE_PKGS should take care of this too. Thoughts?
