Checkpkg insists that a library is surplus, I think it is not

I have a guess.

checkpkg does the following:

Q: "What does the binary need?"
A: "librsvg-2.so.2"

Q: "Which package provides librsvg-2.so.2?"
A: "SUNWgnome-base-libs and CSW... no, actually, no CSW* package provides
librsvg-2.so.2."

The CSWlibrsvg2-2 package only provides librsvg-2.so.2.36.4 (!=
librsvg-2.so.2).
