We had a problem where people would build a package for 2
architectures, and forget to upload one of them - so we have check to
make it harder to do wrong.

Haven't checked, best place to poke people about buildfarm, is
buildfarm at . About mgar, check if /opt/csw/bin/mgar exists -
uninstalled package, or a problem with $PATH?
