Bumping this thread.

The doc hasn't seen much activity in terms of driving an agenda, so now
that we're closer, let's get that done so we ensure we use the time well.

Also, please note in the doc whether you're planning to attend and how firm
that is so we can get an idea for numbers. That will help me figure out
some of the logistical requirements.
