[mirror-announce] rsync://mirror.opencsw.org/opencsw now without historical archive

Dear mirror maintainers,

the rsync exports of our primary mirror data have been adjusted to exclude the directory
with the historical packages "allpkgs" as it has become quite big and is of limited use.
If you want to continue to mirror also the historical data you can still do so by subscribing
to rsync://mirror.opencsw.org/opencsw-full

Additionally we are seeing the rsyncd becoming unavailable from time to time lately. We are
still investigating the issue and hopefully fix it soon.
