With what package? I just searched here
  https://www.opencsw.org/search/
and couldn't find anything. Additionally, I didn't get a warning from
checkpkg, so I leave that in for now (but move man5/ to -devel).

Updated packages with libarchive_utils and *including* the manpage
are in newpkgs:
