[users] nc conflicts - nedit and netcat

I noticed that the packages for nedit and netcat
both install /opt/csw/bin/nc  (which are completely unrelated)

Perhaps the program name should be changed on either package.

Are there any general recommendations when this kind of conflicts
affect CSW packages?

I have seen conflicts in other packages but usually "harmless",
such as documentation files with the same names.
