[users] Dedicated GNOME and KDE build server being setup

FYI :

    I expect to have a dedicated build server in place for KDE and GNOME
 within the next 24 hours.  The server is patching now and then Studio 8
 will be installed.

 Stay tuned for further updates on GNOME.  We await the GNOME source release
 after the security issues are solved.
