[csw-users] is gpg package available

Hi All,
    I'm a newbie to blastwave, and so far I'm impressed, (enough
brownnosing? )
 
I'm looking to install the gpg package but I'm unable to locate it, is
it available on blastwave? 
If not does anyone know if it's available elsewhere as an installable
package. 
I'm on Solaris 9
