I disagree, 1.7.5 is old and buggy. It was released by mozilla.org December 17, 2004. Since then mozilla.org has released 8 updates to 1.7, the last one named 1.7.13 on April 21, 2006 with 59 (yes I did count them) more or less serious security fixes between 1.7.5 and 1.7.13[1]. Furthermore with the release of 1.7.13 the release notes[2] states:

"Mozilla Suite 1.7.13 includes fixes for security and stability issues. This release marks the end-of-life of the 1.7.x product line. See the Mozilla Suite 1.7.x Product Sunset Announcement[3]."

After that several more fixes has been made in SeaMonkey[4] (a.k.a. Mozilla 1.8 and the successor to the Mozilla Application Suite).

My suggestion for Blastwave is to pick either Firefox or SeaMonkey for Yelp and other applications that depend on "mozilla specific files". Firefox has more support from mozilla.org and mozilla.com than SeaMonkey.
