The Solaris patch checking is done by the scripts

$FIREFOX_HOME/init.d/S02solaris_patchchecker.sh
$FIREFOX_HOME/moz_patch_checker.dtksh

I guess the hard-coded patch numbers have not been updated.

You can disable the patch checking by defining

MOZILLA_SOLARIS_PATCHCHECKER=disable_patchchecker
export MOZILLA_SOLARIS_PATCHCHECKER
