[csw-users] gnome is broken horribly?

Hi James,
  yes - I could have used a better word there.  Twas my frustration speaking
as I have spent quite a few hours trying to figure out what was wrong.

Thank you for pointing out what should have been obvious (I guess I still
need to put "newbie" down by my name).
