[csw-users] pkg-get v2 makecontents file

Hi,

The script attached does a lot more (it creates a mix of different 
repositories, we use it to add our local packages to our blastwave 
mirror), but you should get the idea.

I hope you get around with the German comments in it. If not, just ask.
