do you mean any package you try to install with pkgadd or pkg-get?
if it is with pkgadd, then you may have fallen in one of the many bugs 
solaris' pkgadd had lately... maybe installing the latest cluster patch, 
if possible, could help.
of course, a reboot would be a nice try too.
but if it's a production server, well... good luck!
