I have installed that package on a sparc system, so the package which is
on the mirrors, is fine. It looks like, that something on your machine
went wrong or is going wrong.

Could you please:
- That your filesystems are fine (fsck)
- pkgtrans the .pkg file
- Try to install any other package, which is not from Blastwave
- Verify that /var/pkg-get/downloads is empty
