[csw-users] beware: libiconv update for opencsw

Warning: Please be aware that there is a new libiconv released, and that
the update process may only partially complete, leaving machines in an
unhappy state.

To avoid this, you may wish to download a local copy of the libiconv
package before doing updates, with

$ pkg-get -d libiconv

then, in the worst case, you can manually add in (with pkgadd) the
libiconv package, to restore normal operations.
