[csw-users] Python 2.7

FYI: I've made extra effort and built an experimental version of Python
2.7, it's available for testing.

I'm expecting that it won't be able to use any of the modules built against
our 2.6 Python, because it'll look into /opt/csw/lib/python2.6 but our 2.6
modules are installed into /opt/csw/lib/python.
