Hello,

    You might need to create the file /opt/csw/lib/sasl2/Sendmail.conf 
with the contents something like:

pwcheck_method:    saslauthd
mech_list: PLAIN LOGIN
saslauthd_path: /var/opt/csw/saslauthd/mux
