cas-preserveconf ensures that cups config will not overwriting on package install.<br>

Plus a list of pkgadd's which I placed into a new shell script called cups_order<br>

4) Copied cups.pkg file and cups_order script to SERVER_B where I want to install CUPS<br>
5) On SERVER_B<br>
./cups_order<br>
This ran all the pkgadd's and finished successfully<br>
But obviously the following are missing from /opt/csw/bin :-<br>
/usr/csw/bin/lp<br>
/usr/csw/bin/lpstat<br>
/usr/csw/bin/cancel<br>

Haven't you installed the pkgutil tool? You can just execute "pkgutil -i cupsclient". This will install cupsclient with all it's dependencies.<br>
