[csw-announce] new CSW packages now released

I'm happy to announce that, after longer than originally intended,
we have made our first "official" new release for CSW packages.

We should now be back to our semi-regular updates for packages.
Now is also an appropriate time to encourage anyone who may be interested,
to join in the packaging effort.
