[csw-announce] php4 deprecation: /opt/csw/bin/php to be php5

Hi folks,

this is a pre-anouncement, of our intent to retire php4 to the
"back burner", and put php5 in the forefront.

This means that shortly, /opt/csw/bin/php will no longer be php4, but
php5

If you have any concerns about this not being the right thing to do, please
speak up.
Otherwise, we hope you will enjoy the transition when it happens :)
