Summary:                    python package inconsistencies
Description: 
The python package on x86 requires the isaexec package.  where the sparc
package does not.  Please add the isaexec to the sparc requirements.

Specifically, the bzip2 pack required the isaexec.  not sure about the
other zip utility.

CSWpython does not directly depend on CSWisaexec

bzip2 is a seperate package, please file a bug against bzip2 if it is
missing a dependency.
