Summary:                    RFE: CAS for adding/removing entries to/from
/etc/shells
Description: 
Could we get a CAS to handle /etc/shells entries. Currently bash, zsh, tcsh
and maybe others employ their own postinstall/postremove scripts to do so.

I have added a line to the wiki about it. Hopefully someone will pick it
up. Shouldn't be much different from cswetcservices for example.
