Summary:                    pcre-config does not output runtime lib location
Description: 
some build mecanisms use pcre-config to find the include and lib options.

pcre-config --libs provides \"-L/opt/csw/lib -lpcre\"

to link against it properly without external library paths it should
provide \"-L/opt/csw/lib -R/opt/csw/lib -lpcre\"
