Summary:                    svc method script does not use config file variable
Description: 
The method script cswapache2, does not use the CONF_FILE variable to start
apache. The 'cmd' variable require something like cmd="$cmd -f $CONF_FILE"
set in 'start' and 'restart' ( I think )
