Summary:                    pkg-get should compare package version based on REV
field

Hi Phil,

Could you please modify the comparison code of pkg-get to use the REV
field as stated in http://www.opencsw.org/standards/build:

"Please note: the ",REV=YYYY.MM.DD" is now Mandatory. It provides a
fixed-format way of telling how recent the package really is, for version
comparison download purposes. At some point, it will be the primary
comparison key for pkg-get.(but not yet)"


We already talked about it by mail but I open this bug to be able to
follow the resolution.
