Summary:                    please depend on CSWlibofxrt instead of CSWlibofx
Description: 
libofx is provided as a split package and the shared libraries are now
provided by libofx_rt. Also, a relink is necessary as we will not provide
libofx.so.3 in the next iteration of the packaging.
