Summary:                    ncurses dependency is missing
Description: 
This package should depend on ncurses. This dep is missing in the current
version and prevent gnupg to work. Installing ncurses by hand solves the
problem

This is the same issue as bug 2980 fatal relocation error for libreadline.
gnupg does not have a direct requirement for curses, that comes from the
dependency on readline.

this is resolved with the release of readline 5.2,REV=2009.02.13
