Summary:                    Version 3.0 was built without the -R flag
Description: 
Since the -R flag was not used, there is a need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH
which is contrary to the recommended in the Blastwave User Guide.  If
LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set it results in the following error:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no swt-motif-3139 in java.library.path

This at least should be documented until it is fixed.
