Can you please upgrade the package to 1.3.11? There's an issue with the
scheduler (cups-polld) which has been fixed in 1.3.11.

The cups-polld issue hasn't been fixed in 1.3.11.  There's a patch
submitted upstream which fixes it: http://www.cups.org/str.php?L3381

Version 1.4.1 of CUPS is on the way.
