The problem is that CSWcommon is not installed and the directories also not
in pkg-get resulting in directory not belonging to a package and group
differing to CSWcommon. This issues unnecessary warning messages during
install of CSWcommon. The directories should be in pkg-get for clean
bootstrapping.
