Usually /usr/bin is in the path early and /usr/bin/less is found before
/opt/csw/bin/less.

I've sent a query to the git mailing list to see what the 'gurus' feel is
the best path.  I'll either add support for specifying a more specific
'less' at build time or ship a global gitconfig file, depending on the
feedback I get.
