Summary:                    Install changes permission of /opt
Description: 
Install chages permission of directory /opt - even if the attribute change
is declined.  Having group write on /opt stops CSWsendmail delivering
mail.

Package install prompts for an install directory but all CSW pacakges
should go to /opt/csw so the install should not ask this.
