Summary:                    Feature request: Select target platform for

Description: 
The target platform selection via --target is documented to work with the
--stream option. Could pkgutil be enhanced so that it also works with
--download and --transform.

To be a more general tool for downloading/inspecting packages?

I guess it wouldn't hurt. I'll add it to my queue. :-)
