Summary:                    Add 2.0.0 as shared library
Description: 
Add 2.0.0 as shared library, keep old static libs as the new versions
shared libs are incompatible to the previous one and existing program may
need the old libassuan. It may be renamed libassuan_devel, or the new one
should be libassuan2?

Version 2.0.0,REV=2010.04.16 has been released to current/.

It is unclear if the legacy static lib is still required for some project.
The bug should be reopened if it is needed.
