Sorry, still the same problem.

tcsh at isg-1505 [~] /opt/csw/share/rrdtool/examples/bigtops.pl
ERROR: LINE width '3:line#ff0000' is out of range in line
'LINE3:line#ff0000'

digitemp and munin suffer the same. One can observe a very high load on
execution.
